Welcome To Ing EstatesWe’re located in the Southern Monterey County town of Lockwood, CA, which is part of the historic San Antonio Valley.
Our Vineyard is150
acres of Lockwood Shaley Loam dominated by the rocky, calcareous soil
that’s required for the bold Reds we want to produce and be known for. The
first 40 acres were planted in late Spring 2003, with the goal of planting
the rest in 3 to 5 years. Above is
the view from the deck of the cottage taken on Labor Day Weekend 2004. Future
goals are to also establish ourselves as a high quality winery, with a
tasting room, and be known as a well managed vineyard. We’re also active with the local grape growers associations to ensure the growth of this historic region and it’s place within the California Wine industry. Copyright (c)
